Discussion-1. "Karma-kandam of Vedam...

Though  the  declarations  of  Veda  given  out  in  the  'Karma-kandam'   portion,  have  no  authority  over  the  Upanishadik  declarations,  yet,  when  they  are  not  contradictory  or  even  complementary,  they  are  generally  quoted  in  the  'Vedantam' section  as  a  supporting  reference.

Here  we  have  an  instance  where  a   Rca  (  meaning  a  vedik  Hymen  )  is   quoted  in  support  of  a  statement  of  the  Upanishadik  Seer.
